All of our cleaners are professionals with experience with in-home cleaning. Every team member has been vetted, verified and tested. It's our goal to keep you as a happy and satisfied long term customer!
Booking is simple through our online system. Just put in an address, number of hours ( or use our recommendation tool), select your cleaning plan and then choose your cleaning time. You will get an email confirmation of the booking, and we will also email you the evening before to confirm the exact time we will be there.
Our maids are available 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm. Available booking times will be shown to you when you create an account.
No, we find that most people have their own cleaning supplies and equipment. In order to keep our costs down, we use your equipment and supplies. If you would like your house cleaned with green cleaning supplies, simply purchase them, there is no additional fee for green cleaning when you use us!
Absolutely! In fact our service is based around using your cleaning supplies to keep our costs down. Whatever cleaning supplies you have, is what we will use. This makes green cleaning, built in! Just provide us with green cleaners!!
Sure! Since you provide the cleaning supplies, we will use your green cleaning supplies to clean your house? Have allergies to certain cleaners? No problem! Since we don't bring our own supplies, we will use whatever you have that works for you!
No. Using the cleaning equipment you already own, allows us to provide our service at the rock bottom price we do. We have found that most people already own the equipment we would bring anyway!
We accept payment via major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Credit Cards are authorized the day before the cleaning, and charged after cleaning is complete. We process payments through one of the world's most secure credit card processors. All transactions are encrypted for your security and we do not store any credit card numbers on our servers.
Unfortunately no. We handle all transactions in an automated way, and accept all major credit cards. This protects our employees and helps us continue to be able to offer our services at low prices.
Unfortunately no. Free estimates are only free in the sense that no one is billed. They still cost the providing companies to do these quotes. We do not offer quotes or walk throughs because of the added expense and non-billable time they incur on us. We strive to keep our prices low, and eliminating on-site quotes and walk throughs has helped us do that.
Each house, apartment, town home and cottage is different. Different numbers of shelves, items to be dusted, number of mirrors and the size of the rooms themselves all play into the amount of time it takes to clean.

Here is a rough guideline:

2 bedroom house (and smaller): 3 hours

3 bedroom house: 4 hours

2 bedroom house: 3 hours

4 bedroom house: 5 hours


If you have more than one living room, add 30 minutes.
If you have a formal dining room, add 30 minutes.
If you have a finished basement, add 15 minutes per room.

What's needed is up to you. We suggest using our recommendations based on house size to start. If you feel that things should be cleaner, then you can adjust and book more time for the following cleaning.

Generally No. As long as it is safe to occupy, we will clean it!
No. The gift certifiate packs are for regularly scheduled cleaning. The most frequently they can be used is once per week. All three certificates must be used with in two months of using the first.
No. You are limited to use one hourly gift certificate per week.
Yes! There are no limitations on how you many dollar based gift certificates you can use. Just keep in mind that you cannot use gift certificate funds to pay for sales tax, transportation fees or cleaner tips.
No. We provide a service on an hourly basis. The quality and depth of that service is in relation to the size and complexity of the job. We guarantee that our people are working while they are on the clock. Our bonus structure rewards high performers, and tends to wash out the low performers. Please use the star rating to give feedback on your cleaning team. When evaluating your star rating, we will look at the size of your house and number of hours scheduled. We may ask for photographs of problem areas for training and evaluation purposes.
Yes we are! You can rest assured that you are not liable for any injury's, work comp claims. We are bonded in case of theft. If you suspect a theft, please contact us and the police. We fully cooperate with all authorities.
There is no need to tip. If you feel that someone did an exceptional job, feel free to leave them a cash tip. You can also add a tip onto your credit card by clicking on the buttons or link in the review email.
Yes. Service businesses in Nebraska are required to charge Sales and Use tax. It is usually around 7%, but it depends on the county you are in. Sales tax will be added to your final bill.

No. Gift certificates are only valid for the cleaining itself. They are not valid for transporation fees, sales tax or cleaner tips.
Generally no. But if you are more than 15 driving miles from 8301 Cedar Island Rd, Bellevue, NE 68147. You will see the mileage fee calculated during the booking process.

If we cannot get into your house to clean, we charge the lesser of $99 or the cost of your cleaning.
You can reschedule your cleaning two days prior to your cleaning date. Simply log into our website and select a new time for your cleaning to take place. Unfortunately, if you cancel within two days of your cleaning appointment time, there will be a lockout charge. The a lockout charge is the cost of the cleaning or $99, which ever is less.
If we cannot get into your house to clean, our policy is to call you, and wait up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we charge the lesser of $99 or the cost of your cleaning.
Yes, some customers prefer this, however this is not the most secure method of allowing us access to your house. The most secure way is to be home when the cleaners are there cleaning.

Yes, we charge a $250 collection fee. Past due balances are eventually refered to an external collection agency.
